Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026

SwiffMake (“SwiffMake”, “we”, “us”) provides a service that generates marketing content — visuals and copy — from a brief you provide (the “Service”). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to swiffmake.online and the SwiffMake application.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your email address, and if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture as shared by Google.
  • Content you provide — the briefs, brand details, and any reference images or logos you upload to generate content.
  • Generated content — the copy and visuals SwiffMake produces for you, saved to your account so you can view and export them later.
  • Billing information — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payments and your subscription status, but we never see or store your full card details.
  • Usage and device data — basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected via standard server logs.
  • Cookies — a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use your information

  • To operate the Service: generate, store, and let you export your content.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription or per-generation billing.
  • To send you transactional email (sign-in links, receipts, service notices).
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • To improve the Service's reliability and quality.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content for advertising.

3. Who we share data with

SwiffMake is built on a small number of specialized providers. Each only receives the data it needs to do its job:

  • Anthropic (Claude API) — receives your brief text and brand details to produce the creative concept and copy.
  • OpenAI (image generation API) — receives the derived visual description (and, if you supply one, your reference image) to render the final graphic.
  • Stripe — processes all payments and stores your billing details under its own privacy policy.
  • Resend — delivers our transactional emails (magic sign-in links, receipts).
  • Google — provides optional sign-in (OAuth); we only receive your name, email, and profile picture, never your Google password.
  • Neon and Vercel — host our database and application infrastructure, including uploaded and generated assets.

We rely on our providers' published API terms, under which content submitted via their APIs is not used to train their general-purpose models. We encourage you to review Anthropic's and OpenAI's own privacy and API terms for the most current commitments, since they may update them independently of us.

Because several of these providers operate in the United States, your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.

4. Data retention

We keep your account, content requests, and generated content for as long as your account is active, so you can return to export anything you've created. You can delete individual content or your entire account at any time by contacting us; billing records are retained for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@swiffmake.online. If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and provider-managed infrastructure security — to protect your data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe and limit access to what each system genuinely needs.

7. Children's privacy

SwiffMake is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.

9. Contact us

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to privacy@swiffmake.online.
